The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong Hotel

My romantic getaway at this luxurious hotel was lovely. The amazing city views from our room were fine and added a touch of magic to our stay. The perfect service provided by the attentive staff made us feel like royalty. We were also impressed by the wide range of amenities available, especially the rooftop pool and gym. the convenient location near the subway and mall made exploring the city hassle-free.

On the downside, we found that the noise from the shower drain was rather annoying. we were disappointed to discover that the hotel was not pedestrian-friendly, as there were no sidewalks leading directly to the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the metro rail and the airport. It was convenient for getting around the city. The service was excellent, with great staff who were friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a Club Lounge option, worth the extra cost for the service and concierge assistance. The hotel had a gym with high-end cardio machines and free sports drinks, as well as a pool and terrace with fine views.

We had the most very nice stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with our room super clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. The hotel facilities were great, offering everything we needed and more. We especially loved the convenient parking and the ease of transportation to various attractions around the city. The hotel's location on the skyline of the island of Hong Kong was amazing, providing us with fine views of the cityscape. We also appreciated the ease of access to the wonderful Tin Lung Heen restaurant and the convenience of being situated in a beautiful indoor mall with clear signs directing us to the hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kowloon Airport Express station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport in about 25 minutes. it is super close to the MTR, allowing for seamless exploration of the city. the hotel is just a short walk away from the Elements mall, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and clean, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The elevators from the ground floor to the main lobby can sometimes get crowded and be slow.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities and luxurious facilities including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were exceptional and fulfilled all of our needs. the rooftop pool with stunning views was a highlight. the restaurant provided delicious meals and the snack bar had a great selection.

While the service was good, we experienced a minor issue with the staff occasionally being inattentive to our needs. it was not a significant problem and did not diminish the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to via the Airport Express. It is a short transit from Kowloon station to the airport express station. The Cantonese restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended. Guests have praised the spacious and luxurious rooms with stunning views of the harbor. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with special mentions to Ms. May Tse and Ms. Patricia Chan for their friendly and professional assistance. The club lounge package offers a wonderful experience and excellent F&B, with a perfect 180-degree harbor view.

One small downside mentioned by guests is that the hotel lounge does not refill drinks as proactively as the club lounge.
